Hey! I'm 98! I'm an old bird!

With my phone camera, it's difficult to see the beauty of the moment. Flo's alter ego, Maxine, is dressed in Flo's birthday gifts, and is sitting in a living room chair awaiting the birthday girl's arrival. Totally detailed from a brand new outfit to a message from Santa, Flo's new look sports chocolate brown velour loungewear over a brown flower-embroidered shirt. Her pocketbook [chosen because it has a magnetic closure] just happens to made by 'Fossil'. I swear it was a coincidence, but hey, I love that touch. In the 'Fossil'bag, there are Turtles, a ceramic owl plaque about being 'a wise old bird.' Make up and nail polish will delight this birthday girl-and 2 new bracelets are on the arms: one matches the pants suit, and the other is in 'Syracuse Univ's colors as the new basketball season is now underway. I wish I could've gotten former SU basketball player 'Carmello Anthony' to make a special appearance because Flo is a big fan. Inside the mug in Maxine's hand are specialty M & M's : some say 'Happy', some say 'Birthday', some say 'Florence', and some have her face with the monarch butterfly in her hair.
I can't wait to see Mom's expression when she greets her 'alto ego Birthday Girl!
