In Search of a 'Wahoo!' or two!

The weather has been so unusual this year; hardly any snow or frigid weather. And I have already heard peepers chirping out their unique message ...one of my all time favorite sounds.
The early morning bird chatter is back, too.  Love it!
Crocuses have popped up, and other bulbs are on their way.
 I  find contentment in nature's bounty...often in small things that many people aren't even aware of as they go through a day.
Lately, there seems to be a whole bunch of sad news, bad news, uncertainty, and yet... a level of 'same ol' same old'  that  I feel so restless and ...whatever.
I lack the motivation to write, and you can only play 'Freecell' and  'Angry Birds' on the computer for entertainment for a relative amount of time before you become one.[angry bird!]
There are two mourning doves looking at me from the bird feeder outside my window. And there are chickadees racing around while carrying on their own conversation.
I am thankful for my friends who provide comedic relief and laughter. People whom I have known for many, many years and I can easily  be [effortlessly] real with them.
I know that 'This too shall pass.'
I'm ready.
