Well, time is crawling right now, because we are awaiting the tipping point where Flo's medicine takes charge of kicking her bronchitis into submission. A phone call on Tuesday allowed us to get her on a week's dose of prednisone to open her [wheezing]bronchial tubes, but the weekend was looming and I wanted an update. We went to the d
octor on Friday and got a 'stethoscope perspective' about her coughing, congestion, etc. My intent is a pain free, calm Mom.Now, an antibiotic has been brought in as the designated hitter and added to the list of precautions: round the clock Mucinex, nebulizer treatments, pushing fluids, humidifier, sleep[with those peepers closed!], and prayer. God save the Queen!
And God help the many people without someone to watch over them.
And there ya have it.

Oh Mare... I'm so sorry. That's awfully scary. It always upsets me when my mother is hurting or sick. Your mom is very lucky to have you there for her. You are her angel.
