Hi Mare, I'm back again to tell you that I tried the swallowing a pill with a straw trick. It actually worked this morning. I have to confess I was dubious at first, but by golly, it did go down. I'll have to experiment with this a few more times to make sure it wasn't a fluke. Wow! Thanks a bunch!
