Whatever...

As 2010 becomes history, I am ready.
As each year's days count down to an end , I look forward to the new one.
Part of it has to be the closure of the 'holidaze' as I am one of many who has difficulty trying to muster up what spirit I don't have at this time of year. It feels similar to treading water. Or a treadmill.
I am aware of my many blessings.
It is what it is.
2011...another new beginning.
Bring it on.

I usually have trouble with the holidays, but this one was really great for me. I hope you feel better soon. The lack of sunlight and cold doesn't help much I must say. hugs. michelle

We all deal with our circumstances as best we can. For some of us, the holidays are huge, with weeks of preparation. Then when it is suddenly over, the let down can set in. In any case, moving on is the only answer. I know I cope by staying busy and looking forward.

The holidays are difficult for me, too. Know that I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

Thanks for coming into MOW yesterday, let it be known you are the last office volunteer after 41 years. You are a blessing in my life and each day you help me to unwrap my gifts. Thanks dear friend.
MOW, forever

I know a lot of people who dislike the phrase "it is what it is." I, however, think it is a perfect way to express, "I did my best and this is it." I have come to realize that my best is my idea of perfection and if it isn't good enough for someone, then that's their problem, not mine!!!
A big New Year XO to you and Flo!

I'm ready for the new year, but I was so used to writing 2010. Something about the zeros. 2011 will take some getting used to for me. Good thing I don't write many checks anymore.
I'm ready for 2011, too. We've got some happy trips planned. I'm just hoping and hoping and hoping all of our health stays strong enough.
