Memorial Day
Thinking about all the men and women who are /or were in the military.
Especially Tommy.
He is now 41 years gone...twice the amount of time that I knew brother #2.
Still wish he was here. Time doesn't heal all wounds. It lessens the pain, but it's always there.
Memorial Day wishes to everyone and God bless.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I hope you've got some nice memories to remember him by.

I found another retired teacher. I've decided we're everywhere and we cannot just fade quietly away. Now we are out here in cyberspace...sharing thoughts, opinions, and connections with others.
My father died just over a year ago, so this Memorial Day was extra emotional for my family. We are all in this together.
